LIFT x Spirit West Coast Music Festival

LIFT spent this past weekend enjoying Spirit West Coast 2012 in beautiful Del Mar, California.  We had the opportunity to take about 480 "Persona Pics" of some awesome peeps who stopped by the LIFT T-Shirt booth over the 3-day Music Festival.  Here's just two of many more pics we'll post on facebook in the very near future! Hey Bloggers, in just 2-Weeks, LIFT will be headed to Whitney Elementary School in Las Vegas to do a T-Shirt Drop for their 5th Grade Graduates! These students, however, are not your average kid.  Most of them have had to battle and overcome being homeless during their education.  We're going to inspire and encourage them to Never Give Up and to Stay in School so that they can one day break the vicious cycle of poverty that they grew up in! But, we need your help! Please donate just $5 - $20 dollars and help us bring each student a LIFT T-shirt, an Inspirational Message Card and a Never Give Up button!  I'll be speaking to the students and we'll also be taking the kids pictures on their own red carpet! Hey Everyone! Last week, our good Friend, Tanner, shared his story for the 1st time on television! Fox 13 in Salt Lake City did a feature on families affected by Teen Suicide.  Tanner is a survivor of his suicide attempt, but more than that, he is a fine young man, a Friend, and too many, a hero.  His bravery and determination is exceptional.  I have had the privilege of visiting with him and his Family over the last two years and looking forward to the next visit! Suicide and Depression Break our Hearts

As some of you may know... Suicide and Depression break our hearts and a major reason why LIFT exists. Last night was a sad night for me (Jay, founder): Pro football star (and former Patriot), Junior Seau, took his own Life :( I've made this photo to celebrate his Life & to remind each of you that I am here for anyone who is depressed or struggling w/the battles of Life. Life isn't easy. It's hard. I know. That's why we're here. For you. Please don't ever take your Life!  L.I.F.T. // As my buddy Tanner says, "The sun will shine tomorrow & things will get better."
